All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • International: 8–18 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PureJet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
