SEESE ships worldwide. Estimated shipping times are 3–9 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@seesegarden.us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
